Suspension of EVOSS Processing Timelines

In view of the suspension of work in government offices on 06 August 2026 pursuant to Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 122, all processing timelines for applications being processed through the Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop (EVOSS) System are hereby suspended for today, 06 August 2026.

Accordingly, the computation of processing periods prescribed under the EVOSS Act, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other applicable issuances shall exclude 06 August 2026, consistent with EVOSS Steering Committee Resolution No. 2023-007-001 on the suspension of EVOSS processing timelines during government work suspensions and DOE Advisory No. 2025-10-001 SEC.

Corresponding deadlines for affected applications shall be adjusted accordingly.
